How Do I Use My Club Mystic Card?
A: Simply insert your club card into the card reader at your slot machine and make sure it reads “accepted” or give your card to your blackjack dealer while playing a minimum average bet of $10.

How Do I Earn Complimentaries And Reward Credits?
A: Complimentaries are earned based on your club card status and total dollars played. Reward Credits determine your card level based on your play and are earned at the same rate for all card levels.

Blackjack complimentaries are based on a minimum bet of $10 and total play time. (Blackjack complimentaries are not redeemable for cash.)

How Do I Redeem My Complimentaries And Check My Reward Credits?
A: To check how much you've earned simply insert your Club Mystic card into any slot machine. The card reader will display your Reward Credits, points and available complimentary dollars. When you are ready to treat yourself to a complimentary, simply stop by the Club Mystic counter and present your Club Mystic card along with your valid I.D. (A minimum comp balance of $5 is required to redeem and there is a limit of $1,000 in complimentary redemption per day.)

What Is Same Day Cash Back?
A: Available to all card levels, Same Day Cash Back allows you to exchange your points for cash. (Slot play only)

How Do I Get To The Next Card Level?
A: The card level you reach by December 31 will be the minimum card level that you will enjoy throughout the next year. Club card status is reviewed each January 1. Membership level is based on the total amount of Reward Credits accrued during the prior 12 months. (See inside for details).

CLUB RULES

1. Member’s use of their Club Mystic Card indicates acceptance of club rules.

2. All members must be at least 18 years old.

3. Valid photo identification required for membership in Club Mystic and must be presented for transactions.

4. Club Mystic cards and benefits are non-transferable and may not be brokered, bartered or sold.

5. Comp Dollars accumulate in accordance with card level and gaming activity.

6. Complimentaries are valid for 90 days including the date they were earned and thereafter automatically expire. Example: If you earn $10 in comps on March 1, you have until May 29 to redeem the comp.

7. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operational errors and/or fraud.

8. Members distributing their cards to others than those registered to the account and/or members purposely leaving their card(s) in the card reader(s) to accumulate Reward Credits are subject to having their membership revoked.

9. The Club Mystic card is only for the personal use of the individual to which it is issued. Any other party may not use it and it is to be used in accordance with the Club Mystic rules.

10. SMSC Gaming Enterprise may not be held responsible for untracked play due to player negligence or machine malfunction.

11. Same Day Cash Back may be redeemed for slot play only. Table Games complimentaries are not redeemable for cash.

12. Rules of club promotions may vary; see Club Mystic for specific promotional details.

13. Membership in Club Mystic may be revoked or cancelled at the discretion of the SMSC Gaming Enterprise without notice; members must surrender their Club Mystic cards upon request.

14. SMSC Gaming Enterprise reserves the right to cancel or modify this program at any time without prior notice.
