Membership Levels
Unlike other local casinos, you have a full calendar year (January 1 through December 31) to earn and maintain your membership status.
 Introduction
Join Club Mystic, use your card and instantly begin earning complimentaries that can be redeemed for cash, food, hotel, golf and many more casino amenities. Plus, you'll immediately receive a five percent discount at all Mystic Lake and Little Six restaurants just by showing your Club Mystic card.
 Classic
Earn just 600 base points to receive Classic membership status. Classic members receive the same benefits as an Introduction member, plus discounts on gift shop merchandise, show tickets, and even larger discounts on meals. Classic members age 55 and up also receive free entry into the 55+ Club Breakfast & Bingo.
 Gold
Earn 6,000 base points to achieve Gold membership status. Gold members receive even more tremendous benefits, including larger restaurant, golf and gift shop discounts. Gold members also have all bonus points earned playing slots doubled, meaning complimentaries are earned twice as fast as at Introduction and Classic levels.
 Platinum

Club Rules
- Member's use of Club Mystic card indicates acceptance of Club Mystic rules.
- All Club Mystic members must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid photo ID is required for membership in Club Mystic and must be presented to complete transactions.
- Club Mystic cards and benefits are non-transferable and may not be brokered, bartered or sold.
- Bonus points accumulate in accordance with Club Mystic membership level and gaming activity.
- Bonus points are valid for 180 days, including the date they were earned, and automatically expire thereafter.
- Mysticash® is valid for 90 days, unless otherwise specified, and automatically expires thereafter.
- Management reserves the right to adjust any points balance resulting from malfunction, operational errors and/or fraud.
- Club Mystic members distributing their cards to others than those registered to the account, and/or members purposely leaving their cards in a card reader to accumulate points, are subject to membership revocation.
- Club Mystic cards are only for the personal use of the individuals to which they are issued. Any other party may not use them and they are to be used in accordance with the Club Mystic rules.
- SMSC Gaming Enterprise may not be held responsible for untracked play due to player negligence or machine malfunction.
- Same Day Cash Back may be redeemed for slot play at all card levels. Table game complimentaries are not redeemable for cash.
- Rules of Club Mystic promotions may vary. Visit Club Mystic for specific promotional details.
- Membership in Club Mystic may be revoked or cancelled at the discretion of the SMSC Gaming Enterprise without notice.

Earning Bonus Points
Earning bonus points you can use for complimentaries and cash back is a snap – just use your Club Mystic card when you play slots, blackjack or bingo and watch your points add up.
For every $5 you play on a slot machine you will earn one (1) bonus point. You will earn bonus points playing blackjack based on your average wager and length of play. Bingo players earn three (3) bonus points for every $5 spent on bingo.
Bonus Points Multiplier for Slot Play
Slot players can have their bonus points multiplied to use for complimentaries and cash back. The higher the membership level, the higher the bonus points multiplier.

Example: If a Gold level player earns 100 bonus points playing slots, that amount is automatically multiplied by two to total 200 bonus points that are available for complimentaries and cash back.
Using Your Bonus Points
Bonus points are yours to redeem for complimentaries whenever you choose, within 180 days of earning them.
Same Day Cash Back and complimentaries are redeemable at Club Mystic in amounts of $5 or more. Same Day Cash Back has a limit of $1,000 per day and complimentaries have a total daily limit of $300. Plus, you may download Same Day Cash Back at any slot machine in amounts from $1 to $1,000 per day.
Slot Play and Blackjack: Bonus points accumulated playing slots and blackjack are yours to redeem for complimentary resort amenities like meals at any Mystic Lake or Little Six restaurant, items from the gift shops, hotel stays, spa packages, rounds of golf, and much more! Bonus points accumulated playing slots can also be used for Same Day Cash Back.
Bingo: Bonus points earned playing bingo are yours to redeem for complimentary bingo purchases.
Checking Your Points
To check how much you've earned, simply insert your Club Mystic card into any slot machine. The card reader will display your base points, which are used to determine your membership level, and your available bonus points for complimentaries and cash back.
Same Day Cash Back
Same Day Cash Back allows you to exchange your bonus points earned playing slots for cash and can be downloaded directly to your slot machine.
Earning Your Membership Level
While you are earning bonus points to redeem for complimentaries, you are also earning base points. Base points are earned at the same rate as bonus points but are used exclusively for determining your membership level. Base points are not subject to a multiplier.
The membership level you reach by December 31 will be the minimum membership level you will enjoy throughout the next year. Club Mystic card status is reviewed each January 1. Membership level is determined by your earned base points accrued during the prior 12 months.

Your base points total resets to zero at the beginning of each calendar year, but this in no way impacts your bonus points earned for complimentaries and cash back.
